We build a custom data pipeline tailored to an operation’s specific workflows and its different data sources. When new data becomes available, it feeds into the software to give the most up-to-date predictions of the bench’s geological and geotechnical properties, but also to update designs based on reconciled implanted data.
We tailor our optimization models to your site’s engineering standards to automate and optimize plan design for drilling, loading and timing plans based on the specifications your operation already has. We can generate a year’s worth of engineering plans in ~15 minutes.
Once plans are generated, our simulation models forecast the performance of the blasts, in terms of key KPIs; fragmentation, dilution, vibrations, damage modelling and costs. This is then fed back into the plan design models to iterate.
Our simulation model have up to 0.5 meters in resolution and runs in less than a minute.

Every operation’s workflow is specific to the challenges present at a given mine site. That’s why we work with your team to build a custom data pipeline to gather as much information as possible, automatically, from all available sources. From equipment sensor APIs, to cutting samples, to drone scans, our software integrates with all of your data, feeding into our Predictive Modelling and Physics Simulations, as well as your own notification systems.
Hand written data? No problem. Automatically ingest paper reports via our OCR model and scan the data directly into the database.
Utilizing a variety of geostatistics and machine learning models, our Predictive Models output the most up-to-date forecasts of the mine’s operating environment. Fed by the data pipeline, our models predict a variety of geological properties such as predicting grade, lithology and generating cuttings samples optimized for your operations’ specific operational concerns. We also predict several geomechanical properties that can influence blast design and geotechnical concerns such as RQD, DFN networks per region and blastibility index.

Our optimization models automatically generate drilling, loading and timing plans in minutes. We parametrize our models based on your site’s engineering standards and specific operational priorities. We can also generate various schedules and scenarios (sequence of plans) to help with short-term planning. With those schedules and scenarios in place, various plans and reports are generated, optimized based on KPI’s tailored to your operation’s primary concerns. Our software produces the equivalent of 12 months of technical services work and planning in under 15 minutes.

Generate multiple reports and simulations to create fallback solutions for when unexpected issues arise. Although the system is highly automated, manual modifications allow you to evaluate for different scenarios. “Lock in” some of the data to ensure it remains unchanged, or update plans as new data comes in.
